After 18 years of operations as India Café, we have decided to provide our valuable customers with even better options, by operating under the name of ‘International Café’. We want to offer our clients a greater selection of dishes from all around the world, instead of offering just regional dishes.

In our family, we enjoy good food from anywhere – whether it is moussaka from Greece, kebabs from Turkey, stuffed cabbage rolls from Poland or lasagna from the United States. This is what we have done to keep the interest alive at the family dining table. Mary Sebastian has always been passionate about cooking, and it is very important to the chef that people enjoy the food.

Although India Café will be doing business as ‘International Café’, we will still incorporate some of the regional favorite dishes that you have come to love and expect, and yet, we are trying to broaden the horizon where the cuisine is concerned.

There are so many classic dishes from all around the world, and the chef is excited to offer our clientele a chance to savor some of them. This is a new venture for us, and we invite you to join us in this journey around the world, sampling some of the tastiest dishes. Bon appétit!
